Declan's lips part Cassie's and he sends his tongue out boldly. Seeking to taste her more fully and more deeply. He has just as little idea of what he is doing as she, so the kiss is more clumsy and forceful than sensual. Still he is enjoying himself and that is what matters to him. He still cradles her in his arms and he decides to move on of his hands from where it supports her to trace her curves. He enjoys the feel of her body under his hands and if she doesn't raise an objection he would soon push her on her back. Looming over her so he can kiss her more fiercely.

Physical Appearance: At eighteen years old and an unimpressive 5'2", Cassie's stature matches her timid personality. Her hair is cut short, although it's slightly longer in front, and is a vivid light purple color. She has delicately formed features that are often described as "cute", especially with that little nose (that turns upward ever so slightly at the end), that are set with a pair of pale blue eyes that sometimes appear lilac in certain lights. Her skin is quite pale despite how much time she spends outside, although she does keep most of her body covered with her attire, which is an odd blend of adorable, modest, and sexy. It consists of a black tank top under a long-sleeved shirt that hangs off of her shoulders, the body being white and the sleeves being a dark indigo, with a front pocket edged in pale blue; this shirt is long enough that it mostly covers her (admittedly short) green plaid skirt. This skirt reveals a few inches of pale thigh before the remainder of her legs are covered by a set of striped stockings in two shades of purple. A breathless moan was lost in the kiss as he parted her lips and his tongue began to plunder her mouth, but there was no objection from Cassie. This was a whole new level of wonderful, and tasting Declan like this seemed so intimate somehow. His passion was enthralling, and she felt her own stirred, rising to meet his as her timid motions became a bit more bold, her tongue dueling almost playfully with his as they kissed. The feel of his hand moving over her body made her sigh pleasurably, and she found herself gripping his shoulders as she shuddered beneath the passage of his touch. When she was abruptly tilted over and found herself on her back, she squeaked, but didn't stop him. Instead, her small hands began to shyly but curiously move over his form, stroking his shoulders and down his back as they kissed. That tingly feeling she'd felt waking up in his arms had returned, but stronger, and she squirmed restlessly as an unfamiliar tension built low in her body, not knowing what it was but knowing that it felt good.. and it was because of Declan, his kisses, his touch, his strong body melded against hers.

Cassie whimpered in protest as Declan broke the kiss, and she looked up at him in pleading question, wondering why he'd stopped. Then he took off his shirt, and her eyes went round as saucers. Oh sweet fluffy cupcakes, he was taking off his clothes. It occurred to her that this was probably the point where she should tell him to stop, but she took the moment between his shirt coming off and when he captured her lips again to admire what had just been revealed to her. She didn't really have anything to compare it to, but oh dear did she like what she saw. She wasn't given much time to look, though, and then he was kissing her again. She kissed him back, her hands shyly pressing to his bare chest.. but then she felt his hands trying to find their way beneath her shirt. That set off alarm bells in her head, even around the pleasantly hot, fuzzy feeling that filled her body, and she broke the kiss to murmur breathlessly.

Declan lets out a grunt of protest when Cassie breaks the kiss. He stares at her confused when she tells him to stop. He doesn't want to stop he is enjoying himself. Still he does stop.
though he usually did whatever he wanted, this hadn't ingrained in him a disregard for the want of others. Most people just didn't have the time to react to what he was doing, so he didn't hear many objections. As he stares down at her, he realizes he wants to keep kissing her. His desire to do so, wars with his good nature that tells him it would be wrong to ignore her request.
"Why? I am enjoying this and you are to. I didn't know kissing could be so good, I want to do it more."

Her already flushed cheeks darkened as she heard his words, and a happy smile claimed her lips. Declan liked kissing her. ..Well, he hadn't said her specifically, but it was implied, and that made Cassie quite happy. She gave her head a slight shake to dispel these thoughts, and focused on answering the question he'd asked, and explaining why she'd asked him to stop. It was so hard to do with him on top of her, though, and with his bare chest right there... She stopped herself when she realized her hands were sliding across his flat stomach, and put them somewhere safe - that being on his shoulders - as she looked up into his eyes.
"We can keep kissing. But I'm not ready for.. more. So..." She hesitated a moment, then reached down and grabbed the bottom of her long-sleeved shirt. With a little bit of difficulty, she managed to pull it up and over her head, then dropped it to one side. This revealed the black tank top she wore beneath, which clung to her body, showing off her slight curves. Her blush darkened again as she smiled shyly. "No more clothing than this can come off, and your hands need to stay on top of my clothes. If you start to touch somewhere that's not okay, I'll tell you. Please? I just.." She chewed on her lower lip, then gazed up at him with shining eyes full of affection and hope.
"..I really really like you, and I don't want to mess this up. I just want to take things slow, and enjoy figuring this out. Is that okay?"

Declan cocks his head looking at Cassie, the expresun reminiscent of a curious dog. Indeed a dog was a fairly apt analogy for the battle maniac, with his habit of doing whatever he wishesed unless chastised. Thought he was slightly confused by her request he understood what she wanted from him.
"Okay, I've never done anything like this either so it makes sense to figure it oUT I guess."
Then his hot lips find hers once again. She had said he could keep kissing her so he was going to.

Her eyes widened in surprise as what he said sank in. He'd never..? She'd always assumed Declan had had lots of girlfriends.. to hear that he was just as clueless as her filled her with a mix of emotions. An odd excitement that she wasn't alone in being uncertain and inexperienced topped the list, followed by nervousness that she would mess it up, and simple joy in getting to do this with him. Then he was kissing her again, and Cassie moaned softly, kissing him back while her hands stroked the bare skin of his back and sides. This.. was probably the best day of her life. She'd caught a new Pokemon, and she was kissing the guy she'd come to care so much about. Declan continued to kiss and caress Cassie for quite sometime. He never strayed under her clothes as she instructed, but he did explore quite a bit of her body with his hands. Eventually though his growling stomach forced him to stop. It had gotten dark outside and it would be hard to cook in the dark. Or it would be, but Inferno was outside his tail providing light. Grumbling at the interruption he exits the tent saying with resignation. "We should stop and eat." The older man then get's to work preparing dinner, this time a campfire chili.

Her hair is cut short, although it's slightly longer in front, and is a vivid light purple color. She has delicately formed features that are often described as "cute", especially with that little nose (that turns upward ever so slightly at the end), that are set with a pair of pale blue eyes that sometimes appear lilac in certain lights. Her skin is quite pale despite how much time she spends outside, although she does keep most of her body covered with her attire, which is an odd blend of adorable, modest, and sexy. Cassie was surprised that Declan behaved himself. She only had to steer his hands away from dangerous territory three times. When his growling stomach brought an end to their delightful activities, she sighed in disappointment, but smiled. "Okay." She allowed herself to remain in the tent for a few moments, staring up at the canvas above and grinning. She could still feel his hands on her, a lingering, tingly warmth that made her shiver with delight. After allowing herself to bask in the feelings for a bit, she realized she was hungry, too, and dragged herself out of the tent to help with dinner. She wanted to meet her new Pancham and make friends, and make sure Vulpix was alright, but that could wait until after dinner, at least. She kept smiling, a blush perpetually on her face, as she moved silently around the camp, helping Declan however she could, then dug out bowls so they could eat once everything was done. She sat near him, but not too near, and ate her dinner with a happy expression.

Once dinner is ready he dishes out bowls. He also releases his entire team. He heals Inferno's wounds with a full restore and provides them all with food. Pokeballs, put pokemon into a sort of stasis where they didn't really need to eat and didn't feel pain. So he only felt a little bad at being so distracted by Cassie that he hadn't done so sooner. Once that is handled he sits across the fire from her and eyes her. She had awoken in him emotions and feelings he had only experienced in a limited capacity before. Mostly physical desire and something else. It was an odd combination of protectiveness, desire, and other things. He wasn't sure how he actually felt the emotions too complicated for the straight forward man. All he knew is that he liked her and intended to kiss her more.

With dinner finished, Cassie cleaned up as she usually did, then sat down and released her team from their Pokeballs. Piplup was given food while she tended to Vulpix's injuries, who was then also given food, which allowed her to then focus on Pancham. She spoke quietly to the Pokemon, offering him some of the Pokemon food from her bag, a smile on her face.
"Hi. I'm Cassie. This is Piplup and Vulpix. I'm sorry we hurt you earlier. But now, we can all be friends. What do you say?" She reached out her hand to the little bear Pokemon. He eyed her warily, but at Piplup's encouragement, he put his little paw-hand in hers. She laughed softly, then moved her hand and petted his head, scratching behind his little ears. He squirmed and tried to pretend he didn't like it, but soon, she was tickling him, which caused the little Pokemon to flail about and laugh. She looked up at Declan, her eyes shining, and blushed at seeing him looking at her. Looking away, she turned her attention back to her Pokemon, who were now conversing among themselves. She tended to Pancham's injuries as well, and made sure everyone was happy and healthy. Much as she wanted to go sit next to Declan, maybe hold his hand and talk, she had to focus on her team, at the moment.

Declan watches Cassie interact with her team. It reminds him of when he started out. He had been far younger of course, only ten years old. He remembered how excited he had been to travel out with Inferno just a charmander back then and see the world. It was amazing he had made it as far as he had. He is now leaning against Inferno enjoying the heat of the massive pokemon's body. He would wait until Cassie was finished tending her pokemon then wave her over. Once she was in grabbing range he would pull her down and spin her around, so the young girl was sitting in his lap. No reason for it, he just wanted to.

Leaving the trio of Pokemon to talk among themselves, she stood as Declan beckoned her and moved over to him, looking both curious and bashful. When he grabbed her, she squeaked, and then she found herself on his lap. Blushing vigorously, she looked up at him with a shy smile, but she didn't try to get away. She liked this new side of Declan.. she liked being held, and kissed, and looked at, and touched... Biting her lip, she gazed up at him with shining blue eyes, and spoke softly, her tone filled with timid happiness.

Declan leans back into the large pokemon behind him. He brings Cassie with him enjoying the two warm bodies in front and behind.
"Hi."
He responds to her greeting in kind. It strikes him as an odd thing to say, but he doesn't complain about it. Instead he closes his eyes and just holds her. He wanted to, so he was, that was all there was to it. If Cassie took no action of her own there was a strong chance he would fall asleep sitting there.
