Off the beaten road of Route 5 sits a quaint little place rustic in it's build but full of life. The place has an expanse of open grassland behind the house and a small forested area - all of it closed in with a fence to mark the property. And it is here that a caretaker tends to trainers' Pokemon that are dropped off here. Living here, aside from those she babysits, is Kaila Faulkner and her Jolteon companion, Sparky.

Physical Appearance: She is a tall, youthful woman with blonde hair and blue eyes. Her hair is almost always in a ponytail, usually pulled through the back of a baseball cap. She has a very athletic figure, mostly due to the work she does at the daycare.
Skills: She is currently learning to become a breeder, and is therefore developing the skills necessary for that. She is also an okay cook and decent outdoorswoman.
Personality: She is kind and generous, if a little naive or oblivious, but takes her job seriously, and is dedicated to her future and the Daycare.
Pokemon Team: Rhyhorn - Male, Rock Head

A small cart, pulled by a Rhyhorn, slowly trundled its way up the path of Route 5 towards the day care. In the back was an assortment of goods, mostly food, for the various inhabitants of the Day Care. At the front of the wagon sat a rather attractive female, ponytail pulled back through her cap and a piece of straw sticking out if her mouth. Two Pokeballs were along her waist, and she held the leads in a loose grip as she approached the Day Care.

The morning started off well with no troublesome health issues. She counted this as a good day, or at least so far. She felt strong and found herself prepping breakfast in the kitchen - and filling Sparky's food bowl as he came bounding down the stairs from the second floor bedrooms. He barked excitedly, feeling the burst of energy from his keeper, who smiled to him in turn as he buried his face in the bowl.
She finished off the simple eggs and bacon, carefully wrapping a portion for her assistant and friend - certain the woman would be back in the neighborhood sometime this morning. She left the plate on the table, covered in a warm hand towel, and began to make her rounds.
Starting with the back room. It was fitted with a number of climbing houses and beds and blankets and toys, and a secondary room branching from it was constructed more like a spa bath, though the 'tub' was much deeper than it appeared - where a number of water Pokemon could find peace and comfort. She entered the first room, greeted by a number of sounds from several of the inhabitants she was tending to. The backdoor was opened wide and they rushed out onto the open field. She waited until the room was cleared before moving to the secondary room and opening the hatch that connected the pool to the larger pond outside the house - allowing free movement to either for the creatures of the water. Thirdly, she moved outside to the stables just near the back door and opened up all the gates to let out the larger Pokemon come out to wander and run and graze.
At least the starting day would be an easy one.

The Rhyhorn started to increase speed as they got closer, and she had to issue a sharp command to get him to slow down. He did, just in time to round the back of the Daycare, where the cart slowly made its way past the stables towards the storehouse. She saw the small figure if her boss, and stood up on the front of the cart. She had been gone two days this time, not counting today and the day she left, when normally the round trip took about 24 hours.
"Good morning boss!" She said cheerfully as she waved, a little over enthusiastically, as she very nearly lost her footing.

Kaila turned her attention from the Ponyta she was brushing, smiling brightly as she saw her associate appear with the supply wagon - tugged along by her Rhyhorn. She pats the animal and sees her gallop off across the grass while the woman approaches Elizabeth.
"There you are, dear! I thought you might be in today. Or rather, hoped you would," she adds with a chuckle, stopping before the massive stone Pokemon and stroking his head across the hard juts of his figure. "You were gone for quite a while - I was afraid something might have happened to you. Are you all right?" she inquires, casting a worrisome glance up to where she stood on the cart.

She chuckled and hopped down in front of Kaila. As she talked, she would begin to remove the harness and the leads from her Rhyhorn.
"Nothing bad happened to me, not for lack of trying though, and I had to drive off some Bikers at one point. It's the roads though, they've gotten much worse. Team Rocket has made things difficult for everyone lately, the attacks have gotten a lot more frequent. People are scared, trying to move faster but making mistakes."
She shook her head as she finished removing the harness and leads. Rhyhorn ran off to get some rest, and with a quick press of a button, she summoned Nidorino out to keep her company.
"How was your time here? Nothing bad happened right?"

Physical Appearance: Physically fit, and standing about 6'3''. He has black hair and very dark brown eyes. He commonly wears his team rocket uniform of course, which he finds to be completely foolish. Other than that he also wears his regular clothes, consisting of a black turtle-neck shirt and dark pants.
Skills: Must have an extensive history of pokemon training prior to his entrance into Team Rocket, as evidenced by his pokemon team.
He is also physically fit and trained in combat himself. This was perhaps part of the reason he was accepted into team rocket in the first place.
Personality: Drake usually has a serious, rational demeanor. This also lends to his dry sense of humor, which he will use to confuse his partner often, just for his own amusement.
Despite his stony exterior, he has been known to quarrel at times with his partner as well, and become somewhat emotionally heated. Despite all of this he enjoys working with his partner, and unlike many he meets, sees her as someone he can depend on not to be a complete idiot. He is very pessimistic about other people and their potential merits.

Drake had been observing the daycare from the cover of the forest nearby, his dark gaze analyzing the scene before him silently. He wore his grey team rocket uniform, as he was currently working.
Stupid team rocket policies, working would be so much easier if everyone couldn't immediately tell who we are because of these inane uniforms, he thought bitterly. Eventually he would move to stand up, drawing one of the poke balls at his belt,
"Well then, there doesn't seem to be many potential threats present here, an easy operation from the looks of it. Anything can happen though, stay frosty," he said coolly to his partner who was with him on this operation.
He would toss his poke ball then, sending out his pokemon to begin it's work, "Tyranitar! Deal with this fence for me," he called out as he summoned up the huge green pokemon. Tyranitar made short work of the fence, by simply plowing through it as easily as a bulldozer. The pokemon was strong enough to do so, especially since Tyranitars were noted to be able to take down entire mountains.
With the fence down, and many of the daycare pokemon scattering, running away from the intimidating Tyranitar, Drake would reach into a nearby duffel bag he had set down on the ground drawing a large net gun as he strode into the pokemon daycare and began shooting the netgun at any pokemon nearby to capture them.

She shakes her head in response, offering the Nidorino a good scratching under his chin before righting herself on her feet and shuffling around towards the back of the wagon - start hauling in the first of the supply boxes.
"No trouble. Had a weak day the other day, but I'm well. The Pokemon are settled really well and very well mannered. Sparky has been real helpful when I was feeling under the weather," she adds with a grunt, tugging a box into her arms as she started to move towards the storage building. And just as she mentioned the name did the Jolteon come rushing out the door, barking madly and looking extremely happy to see Elizabeth. The spiny tail was swaying a bit like a dog's tail, further evidence of his happiness. "By the way, there's some breakfast in the kitchen for you. It might actually still be warm, if you-," she calls as she kicks open the shed door with her foot to help her lumber her way inside.
But she stops in the door, almost dropping the crate, as she hears something. Not quite a commotion, but it was a panic frenzy of animal calls. She abandons the box and staggers from the building to get a clear view of the fields - the Pokemon were running scared of something from the small forested area she had enclosed. What was going on?

Physical Appearance: Twenty-eight years old and 5'8" tall, Shanna is slim and slightly muscular, with lightly-tanned skin. Her hair is a dark shade of brown that looks black in the right light, mostly cut short around her face but gathered back in a shin-length tail in the back. She has sharp features and a firm mouth with full lips that rarely smile. When not in her Team Rocket uniform, she prefers wearing a simple black pantsuit with a crisp white button-down shirt, and is rarely seen in anything else. Either way, she always wears a pair of black mid-calf heeled boots.
---------------------------
Skills: Deception and flirtation are her favorite tools of the trade. This doesn't mean she can't or won't fight, however, and she does in fact know how - more than that, she's quite good at hand-to-hand combat. She's an expert shot with projectiles, as well, and a well-aimed rock has been known to serve her well on many an occasion.
----------------------------
Personality: Flirtatious and beguiling, Shanna is a mixed bag with many layers, and few have ever seen them all. She often behaves like a girly-girl, although she's not afraid to engage in a physical altercation, and in fact seems to enjoy confrontations. She doesn't seem to genuinely like anyone except her partner, and even that's debatable sometimes, as the two often squabble. She has a mercurial temperament that switches between emotions and demeanor in the blink of an eye.
-----------------------------
History (Optional): Nothing is known about Shanna, whether it be where she came from, what her childhood is like, or why she joined Team Rocket.

Shanna cast a look at Drake as he gave his assessment of the situation, and the woman flicked a few loose strands of dark hair out of her eyes with a casual gesture of slender fingers. Then she nodded. "Good. You start out here, I'll go make sure the owner doesn't get in our way." Rising to her feet, she waited for the Tyranitar to break down the fence, then followed her partner into the now-open area. While he began netting Pokemon, she pulled a Pokeball from her belt and summoned the female Pyroar within. With the large fiery cat padding along at her side, she also drew a net gun and fired it at any Pokemon she came across as she strolled casually up to the building. She arrived just in time to see the owner step out, and Shanna arched a brow.. then she turned on the charm with a bright grin.
"Hello there, little lady! Just your friendly neighborhood Team Rocket, doing some collecting. Hope you don't mind if we just take these Pokemon here. No? Good! Now, I suggest you go back inside before someone gets hurt." The tilt of her lips became sinister, then, and her cold blue eyes flashed dangerously. The Pyroar at her side lowered her head and her lips peeled back from her teeth as she growled. Just to emphasize the situation, Shanna flashed her a wink that was far from friendly.

Liz rounded the corner just in time to hear Shanna's threat towards Kaila. Nobody threatens her boss and smashes her daycare and gets away with it.
One hand returned Nidorino to his Poke Ball, while she noticed Rhyhorn approaching fast out of the corner of her eye. With a hardened expression on her face she stepped out to face the Rocket member.
"Rhyhorn use Bulldoze on Pyroar! You lot won't get away with this!"
Rhyhorn wpuld come barreling down from the direction opposite the one the Tyranitar came from, directly at Pyroar. He was slow though, and would be unable to turn very far. Liz was relying on the element of surprise.

"Good, Tyranitar, return. Magnezone, I choose you."
After breaking down the fence and netting a few pokemon while Shanna went to deal with the owners, Drake figured he should start to get a bit more efficient. The floating metal pokemon known as Magnezone was suited just fine for the current situation. Drake would climb atop the metal disk shape pokemon and then command it to fly up into the air.
From his vantage point atop the floating pokemon he was able to easily spot fleeing pokemon below, and would promptly command Magnezone to use thunderbolt, sending bolts of electricity arcing from the horseshoe shaped magnets on the magnezone and incapacitating the pokemon as he went and netting them in an efficient, methodical manner from atop the steel electric type pokemon.
Due to his vantage point atop magnezone in the air, he was also able to spot the unfolding battle between his partner and one of the daycare workers' rhyhorn, and he would command magnezone to float over there to keep an eye on the situation, just in case.

She couldn't believe what she was seeing... there had been so much talk of Team Rocket's terror reign in the region, but... here, at her daycare?! She felt angry, but it didn't come out in rage but rather a frustration evident in a higher pitch and her fighting back tears.
"You can't...! You can't do this! These Pokemon have trainers that love them and want them safe, and will want them back! They're not yours! You can't just take them!" she yells at the woman, stepping forward just a few paces. She was so angry at this, but she was worthless in getting into an altercation - what could she do but watch them just take these Pokemon out of her care by force?!
The only real aggression shown was the Jolteon staying right by his keeper's side, baring his teeth in a snarl to match that of the fire feline counterpart as he lowered his head in preparation for a spring. Sparks were already jumping off his spiky fur in a threatening display.

"Aw, they care, how cute." Her mocking coo was paired with a fluttering of lashes, and then she rolled her eyes. "Like I ca-- ACK!" Oh crap, there was a second person! Shanna was quick to jump away from the lumbering Pokemon headed her way, but her Pyroar didn't move; she was a proud creature, and shook her fiery ponytail-mane-thing back away from her face as she turned toward the Rhyhorn. "Blast that thing!" The command was short, but understood, and the Pyroar growled as she unleashed a powerful Flamethrower attack at the charging Rhyhorn, both in an attempt to stop it and to try and hurt the creature.

Unfortunately for the Pyroar, it would only achieve one of its two goals. The powerful flamethrower undoubtedly would hurt Rhyhorn, but there was not a lot of things in the world that could stop a charging Rhyhorn once it was in full charge mode. Especially when that thing is a move not very effective against Rock-types. And so he continued on, and since Pyroar was not going to move, Rhyhorn's Bulldoze move would slam right into it.
"That's the stuff Rhyhorn!"
More quietly to her boss, she whispered:
"You should get inside, I'll hold them off while you call the Gym, or the Police."

Drake, who had now completed his previous task would order Magnezone to float over to where the battle was unfolding, his gaze critical as he looked over the scene.
He would looks somewhat annoyed as he hopped down from Magnezone, his dark piercing eyes holding a look of distaste as he looked at Elizabeth. Drake would cross his arms then as he spoke, his Magnezone floating up behind him in a somewhat menacing manner.
"Play time's over girl. Magnezone, use flash cannon!" as Drake said the command a beam of bright energy would shoot from Magnezone, aimed at Rhyhorn.
