 The only hotel in Fuchsia City, it rests on the outskirts of the peaceful town, catering to Pokemon trainers visiting the Safari Zone. It's somewhat upscale, but you get what you pay for, with a restaurant, pool, spa area, and room service - as well as a full Pokemon daycare area physically separate from the main building but nearby, for ease of access. |

Physical Appearance: At eighteen years old and an unimpressive 5'2", Cassie's stature matches her timid personality. Her hair is cut short, although it's slightly longer in front, and is a vivid light purple color. She has delicately formed features that are often described as "cute", especially with that little nose (that turns upward ever so slightly at the end), that are set with a pair of pale blue eyes that sometimes appear lilac in certain lights. Her skin is quite pale despite how much time she spends outside, although she does keep most of her body covered with her attire, which is an odd blend of adorable, modest, and sexy. It consists of a black tank top under a long-sleeved shirt that hangs off of her shoulders, the body being white and the sleeves being a dark indigo, with a front pocket edged in pale blue; this shirt is long enough that it mostly covers her (admittedly short) green plaid skirt. This skirt reveals a few inches of pale thigh before the remainder of her legs are covered by a set of striped stockings in two shades of purple. Topping off the ensemble is a pair of plain white sneakers with black accents. She wears a golden oval locket around her neck which has a picture of her father, and a brown leather belt around her left thigh.

Cassie followed Declan Dawn up the road to the hotel, still cradling the Togepi egg in her arms. Despite her eagerness to get some food and then get him alone, she was eyeing the place. It looked.. swanky. And swanky meant expensive. She wanted to thank him for the Togepi egg, but...
"Are you sure about this, Declan? We could always just go to the hostel, or put the tent up somewhere.. secluded." She blushed even as she said it. She was being so.. forward. That wasn't like her at all. But she was eager. Nearly squirming with excitement as they approached the building.

Declan wraps an arm around Cassie's shoulder. She was so tiny and soft and he just loved holding her. He could feel her warmth through their clothes and the warmth he always felt when he holds her. He was now positive it was love, which was good he was pretty sure he had wanted it to be love. Her question gives him pause and he shrugs his shoulders.
"We've been in tents for the last few weeks. I also don't think you'd want to have fun if we were in a hostel room. So the hotel is fine."
The money was meaningless to him. He had more than he would ever spend and he lived simply. It helped that the league provided housing, though he barely ever used the house he'd been given. In fact he wasn't actually sure where his new home was. It was in Viridian he knew that much, but where in the city he didn't know. He should probably find out at some point. Either way he takes her into the hotel and up to their rooms. He had secured the rooms before going to meet up with her. As was his custom Declan threw himself on the bed the moment they were inside. He liked the little bounce he got when he did so.

Before they went upstairs, Cassie handed off her Pokeballs and the Togepi egg to the staff, so they could be taken to the daycare area and released. Poor things had been cooped up in there all day, and she felt bad. But tending to Declan took priority. When they entered the room, Cassie shed her backpack and toed off her shoes, then walked up to the foot of the bed. The way she looked at him made it clear she was struggling with herself, and the reason why became clear a few moments later as she spoke, her voice slightly husky with arousal.
"You should decide if you want food now, or later, because I mean to thank you extensively for the Togepi egg."

Declan looks up from the bed. He doesn't really feel like going out again. He had spent a great deal of time running around today. Also flying around, but he didn't want her to know that. If she knew how much work had gone into that egg she'd feel guilty or something. He didn't get that. Since he wouldn't have done it if he didn't think it was worth the time, but Cassie was odd like that. He fishes in the night stand and pulls out a room service menu. He passes it over to her.
"Order whatever you'd like. I'll get the steak, ceaser salad, and a baked potato."
With that he rolls on to his back and stretches out as he waits for Cassie to call in their order, whenever she is ready.

Catching the menu only barely and nearly dropping it, Cassie smiled at him and moved over to the phone, calling down for room service. Placing Declan's order, she also ordered some stir fried noodles with chicken, broccoli, and mushrooms for herself, then hung up the phone and set the menu down as she turned to face him. She leaned back against the desk for a few moments, looking at him with an expression that he should know well, one that said she was thinking very hard about something. Whatever it was, however, she chose not to share.
"They said it should be about twenty minutes, probably less." With that said, she pushed away from the desk and moved back over to the bed, then crawled onto it. She pondered crawling onto Declan himself and straddling him, but knew that would only lead to activities that were best not done in so little time. Besides, she was famished. Instead, she moved up to lay beside him on her right side, settling into her favorite position tucked up against him; head on his shoulder, left arm thrown across his chest, left leg curled up over his thigh so that her lower leg was settled between his. Like this, she stared at the wall. Still thinking. He'd helped her build a team. He'd said he'd teach her how to become a good trainer, and he had definitely helped her become more confident, more sure of herself. He'd taught her some tricks and given her some pointers.
But he was a member of the Elite Four. He had a job to do, even if it was slightly unlikely that many people would appear to challenge him. He couldn't just travel around with her all the time, could he? And if she wanted to be taken seriously as a trainer - which she still wasn't sure she did, she loved her team and the thought of seeing them fight made her feel guilty - she couldn't be battling other trainers with him standing behind her, even if he didn't say a word. She was conflicted. More than that, she was concerned. What would become of their relationship when he inevitably had to go away? They loved each other.. but would that be enough to keep them together? Cassie didn't realize it, but her train of thought had caused her to tense up as she chewed on her lip.

As Cassie curled up next to him Declan wrapped an arm around her. His thoughts were mostly on dinner and what would happen after dinner. He didn't really think about the future. When he felt her tense up underneath him he frowned. Running a hand down her back he looks down at her.
"Is there some thing wrong?"

Cassie was snapped out of her thoughts when Declan spoke, and she looked up at him, confused. Then she realized she was wound tighter than a spring and he had probably felt it. Not wanting to share what she'd been thinking for multiple reasons, she forced herself to relax and grinned up at him, shaking her head. "No. I was just thinking. Everything is fine!" She hated lying to him, but.. this was such an amazing day. He'd given her a gift - not just the Togepi egg, but his love. Both to reassure him and in an attempt to distract him, Cassie pushed up onto her arms and scooted upward, then leaned down to press her lips to his in a kiss. It began soft and sweet, but soon she deepened it, her hand sliding across his chest. Kissing Declan was addictive, she'd come to discover. Just as she was pondering throwing caution to the wind and moving things forward, there was a knock at the door and the call of 'Room service!'. She made a noise of disappointment and broke the kiss, pulling away from him and hurrying over to the door.
"Thank you!" The waiter carried in a large covered tray with their food on it, setting the item down on the dining table. He left quickly after receiving a tip, whereupon she moved to the table and removed the tray's cover. The scent of food filled the room, and her stomach grumbled hungrily. "Mmm, this smells delicious!" She began humming merrily as she removed the plates from the tray and set them upon the table, her dark thoughts having been forgotten.

Declan frowns at Cassie's response. He had thought something was wrong, but he trusted her. If she said she was fine then she was, right? Any potential further worry was set aside when she kissed him. She knew him well and well the energetic man could focus, there were certain activities that would distract him. Just when things were getting enjoyable a knock came at the door and she stopped. Declan grumbled his protest, but he tipped the server and took his seat at the table. His food dissappears with its usual speed.

Physical Appearance: At eighteen years old and an unimpressive 5'2", Cassie's stature matches her timid personality. Her hair is cut short, although it's slightly longer in front, and is a vivid light purple color. She has delicately formed features that are often described as "cute", especially with that little nose (that turns upward ever so slightly at the end), that are set with a pair of pale blue eyes that sometimes appear lilac in certain lights. Her skin is quite pale despite how much time she spends outside, although she does keep most of her body covered with her attire, which is an odd blend of adorable, modest, and sexy. It consists of a black tank top under a long-sleeved shirt that hangs off of her shoulders, the body being white and the sleeves being a dark indigo, with a front pocket edged in pale blue; this shirt is long enough that it mostly covers her (admittedly short) green plaid skirt. This skirt reveals a few inches of pale thigh before the remainder of her legs are covered by a set of striped stockings in two shades of purple. Topping off the ensemble is a pair of plain white sneakers with black accents. She wears a golden oval locket around her neck which has a picture of her father, and a brown leather belt around her left thigh.

She also wants to see the world and all the amazing things it has to offer. She loves cute and cuddly things and her favorite Pokemon is the only one she currently owns, Piplup.

Cassie, who had never been close to her mother, withdrew into herself, becoming even more reclusive than before. She found solace in reading her father's books about Pokemon, and studying them as he had done. She wanted to make him proud, and so when she finished her schooling, she decided to become a Pokemon trainer and see the world.

Cassie sat down across from Declan and ate her dinner cheerily. She didn't eat as quickly as he did, but she clearly enjoyed the food. When they had both finished eating, she gathered the dishes back onto the tray and put the cover on it, then let the whole thing sit on the table. She stretched, before giving Declan a coy look as she smiled.
"Go get comfortable. I'll be right back." She bounced off into the bathroom then. If Declan listened, he'd hear her taking a very quick shower, and then after that, the sound of her brushing her teeth. It almost sounded like she was just getting ready to go to sleep. Surely that wasn't the case? Whatever she was up to, he'd find out shortly.

Cassie was being something. Declan wasn't sure, but the way she was acting suggested she was up to something. Still he didn't have any reason not to obey so he sprawled out on the bed. He can hear her getting showering and brushing her teeth and start to think maybe he had been wrong. Maybe she wasn't planning anything? That was disappointing. Sighing out that feeling he closes his eyes. He didn't want to just go to bed.

After several minutes, the door opened, and Cassie emerged in nothing but a towel wrapped around her body, that did very little to hide the long expanse of her legs or the swell of her breasts. Crawling up onto the bed, she seated herself between Declan's legs, sitting on her knees and calmly unfastening his pants. Should he look up, he'd be met with a smoldering look from the normally shy girl, who didn't stop what she was doing even as she spoke to him in a perfectly nonchalant tone.
"A gift like the one you gave me deserves a special 'thank you', wouldn't you agree?" With her goal achieved, she whisked off the towel and tossed it aside, then leaned down to give Declan his thanks. After all, it was only fair she returned the favor after all this time, at least in her mind.. and she really did want to thank him for the Togepi egg.

Declan looked up when Cassie opened the bathroom door. He was surprised to see her still in a towel. Though he had seen her naked she was still unusually shy, typically waiting until they were in bed to disrobe. He watched curious as she crawled between his legs and began to unfastened his belt. This looked like it would be interesting.
<Fade to black, then fade back in.>
Declan had enjoyed Cassie's thank tremendously and vocally. After her thank you there were hours of more rigorous activity before he succumbed to sleep. He held her cradled in his arms, like she is something small and precious to be protected. It was similar to how she had held the togepi egg.

Cassie hadn't been at all sure she would be even remotely good at 'thanking' Declan.. but he'd seemed to enjoy it quite a bit, and that filled her with a sense of pride. Despite being extremely tired after their continued activities, she lay awake long into the night, her mind churning as she watched him sleep. She loved him with all of her heart, and she didn't want to be parted from him, but she knew it was going to come, one day. She couldn't sleep, wondering how their love story was going to end.. asking herself if it would be a happy ending, or if she'd wind up heartbroken and alone. Finally, a few short hours before dawn, exhaustion overwhelmed her, and she fell asleep cuddled up to him, her face hidden against his chest. Her slumber was plagued by unhappy dreams that made tears slide down her face, but she made not a sound.

Declan stirs awake and looks at the clock. It was almost noon. He didn't sleep in often, typically it was only when they stayed in hotels. Cassie though never slept in which made it odd that she was still curled next to him. He looks at her sleeping face and smiles at least until he see the streaks running down it. Had she been crying? He takes her chin in his hand and gently tilts her head up for a better look. He can't tell if she had been, still he was concerned. His stomach rumbles though and this distracts him. He doesn't want to disturb her anymore than he already has so he reaches for the phone moving as little as possible. He puts in a breakfast order in hushed tones all the while hoping she doesn't wake up.
