Physical Appearance: At eighteen years old and an unimpressive 5'2", Cassie's stature matches her timid personality. Her hair is cut short, although it's slightly longer in front, and is a vivid light purple color. She has delicately formed features that are often described as "cute", especially with that little nose (that turns upward ever so slightly at the end), that are set with a pair of pale blue eyes that sometimes appear lilac in certain lights. Her skin is quite pale despite how much time she spends outside, although she does keep most of her body covered with her attire, which is an odd blend of adorable, modest, and sexy. It consists of a black tank top under a long-sleeved shirt that hangs off of her shoulders, the body being white and the sleeves being a dark indigo, with a front pocket edged in pale blue; this shirt is long enough that it mostly covers her (admittedly short) green plaid skirt. This skirt reveals a few inches of pale thigh before the remainder of her legs are covered by a set of striped stockings in two shades of purple. Topping off the ensemble is a pair of plain white sneakers with black accents. She wears a golden oval locket around her neck which has a picture of her father, and a brown leather belt around her left thigh.

Personality: Shy and non-confrontational, Cassie doesn't often speak to others, and perpetually keeps a lollipop in her mouth to use as an excuse to avoid conversation. She likes to read and keep to herself and doesn't have any true friends. She's fascinated by Pokemon and likes to learn as much about them as she can, which is a large part of what drove her to become a Pokemon trainer. She also wants to see the world and all the amazing things it has to offer. She loves cute and cuddly things and her favorite Pokemon is the only one she currently owns, Piplup.

She was shunned by the other children from a very young age, and that was fine by her; she was perfectly happy to spend most of her time with her favorite person in the world, her father Will. But when Cassie was eight, her father fell ill and ended up in the hospital. After a few months of struggling against illness, he passed away. Cassie, who had never been close to her mother, withdrew into herself, becoming even more reclusive than before. She found solace in reading her father's books about Pokemon, and studying them as he had done. She wanted to make him proud, and so when she finished her schooling, she decided to become a Pokemon trainer and see the world.

Cassie had had no idea her body could feel such things, but she and Declan had figured it out together, and she'd been oddly proud of herself, seeing him come unraveled.. then again, he'd looked pretty smug himself, after doing the same to her. The pleasantly exhausted sleep of physical and emotional satisfaction held her deep in its tendrils throughout the night, almost as tightly as Declan himself held her, but even that wasn't enough to ward off the rising of the sun.. or its golden rays beaming down upon the tent. Piplup waddled into the tent and over to Cassie, chirping softly and nuzzling her until she woke with a groan of protest. Cracking open one blue eye, she looked up at the penguin Pokemon, who chirped at her and then retreated from the tent. That was when she noticed it was morning, and sighed, stretching luxuriously within Declan's grasp, before she shifted about as much as she was able and turned to face him, pressing a soft kiss to his cheek and murmuring softly.
"Declan.. it's morning. We should get up."

Declan stirred and groaned in protest. He slowly blinks his eyes open though and when he does he looks at Cassie. Looking quickly turns to kissing and this time he doesn't seem put off by their morning breath. Fortunately his growling stomach is enough to stop him from trying to do more. Instead with a grumble he releases her and lets her crawl from the tent, before joining her. Once they are outside he gets breakfast cooking before brushing his teeth. Once that is taken care of he catches Cassie up in his arms and gives her a passionate kiss. Of course all of his kisses were passionate, the man was like a fire he burned with his desires.
"I'll see you tonight."
Declan breaks the kiss before heading out into the forest. Things were still confusing for him, but he had settled on one thing. He wanted her, no one else just her in a way he had never wanted anything before.

That kiss made her giggle, and then Cassie was wriggling out of his arms, pulling on her clothes and grabbing her backpack before heading off to brush her teeth and clean herself up a bit. She returned just in time to help with the last bit of breakfast preparation, and then she ate eagerly, more hungry than usual. She helped to clean up the aftermath of their meal and shrugged on her backpack, looking up at Declan as he approached from brushing his own teeth. She grinned as he took her into his arms and kissed him back, her own passion rising to meet his. She was breathless when they parted, but she beamed up at him nonetheless, and nodded her agreement.
"Okay. Be careful out there." Funny she should say that, given her own tendency to find trouble. Looking down at the trio of Pokemon at her feet, she smiled at them. "Okay! Time to go find a Deerling, guys. Let's go." She took off into the forest in the opposite direction of Declan, moving along with a spring in her step. She doubted they'd find a Deerling today, but it didn't really matter.. she was in such a good mood that she'd happily walk around all day even if she had no luck whatsoever. She hummed quietly as she walked, stopping occasionally to pick flowers which she was weaving into a crown, or pausing whenever she heard a rustling in the underbrush.

It was maybe two hours before Cassie received a phone call from Declan. His voice comes out in a hushed whisper. "I'm on the west side of the forest. Come quickly, but be quiet." Once she confirmed he hung up and waited. Between his directions and the GPS in the pokenav's she should find him easily. He is crouched down in a bush and not too far away a herd of deerling are grazing. Now it is up to Cassie to catch the pokemon.  |

Cassie answered her Pokenav without a word, but Declan would be able to hear her excited gasp when she heard what he had to say. She picked up Piplup and Pancham climbed onto Vulpix's back, and they took off in Declan's direction, following the guidance of the GPS. Finally she arrived, out of breath and excited, and sank down next to him. She hid a squeak behind her hand as she looked out on the herd of adorable little Pokemon. While she caught her breath, she tried to decide on which one to try and catch. And also how to go about it. Should she try the friendship approach, like she had with Vulpix? Or would she have to fight, like she did with Pancham? She chewed on her lip and glanced at Declan.. then decided that she had to make this choice herself. That was when she spotted it. One of the Deerling looked slightly different, with a pink flower atop its head instead of yellow, and it seemed to sparkle slightly. That was the one, the one that would be her Deerling. Feeling impulsive, she turned to her Pokemon and looked at Pancham, speaking quietly.
"Alright Pancham, you see that Deerling there?" She pointed to the Pokemon in question, and Pancham looked at it, then back at her with a nod. "That's your target. Go get it!" Pancham nodded again, then turned and bolted out into the area where the herd was, moving quickly despite his size. Once he was within range, he lunged, tackling the shiny deer. Cassie stood up and stepped forward, watching to see if the Deerling would flee or what.

The deerling stirs and looks up, unsure of the unfamiliar pokemon. When the little Pancham tackles it it kicks and tries to bolt, but it is pinned. The rest of the heard has already taken off. The deerling cries out in panic. "Liiiiiiiing!"

Cassie stepped forward as the herd fled, revealing the sight of Pancham pinning the Deerling to the ground. She clenched her hands into anxious fists and danced on her toes as she thought quickly.
"Good job, Pancham! Try to keep him pinned and use a Karate Chop!" Pancham didn't respond, though he did strive to keep the Deerling pressed to the ground and struck it with one hand in a sharp chop. Seeing the cute bear beating on the cuter deer made her wince. She felt so bad about this. She was going to have to cuddle that Deerling something fierce after this was all said and done. But she was determined to catch this Pokemon.

The little deer pokemon cries out again as it is chopped. It rears back it's head and smashes it into the Pancham's. It is trying desperatly to dislodge the Panada Pokemon so it can flee.

Her hair is cut short, although it's slightly longer in front, and is a vivid light purple color. "Pan!" Pancham yelled as the Deerling smashed its head into his, and he went tumbling off. Cassie cried out, more worried for her Pokemon than about catching the Deerling, but Pancham wasn't going to be beaten that easily. He jumped up and immediately tackled the Deerling again with a ferocious cry. "PanCHAM!" Cassie ran forward, fumbling a Pokeball out of her backpack as she went. Surely this couldnt' go on much longer, right? The Deerling would have to give up before long! She halted a few yards away, watching the confrontation anxiously.
"You can do this, Pancham! I believe in you!"

The deerling cried out once more as it was tackled. The fight had gone out of it though and it was time for Cassie to throw the pokeball. Just like it had before the ball would shake three times before it dinged. Declan would wait for her to celebrate with her pokemon, before scooping her into a bear hug and twirling her around. He was always happy to see her happy.

When she realized the Deerling was through fighting, she told Pancham to move aside and hurled the Pokeball. She watched with bated breath as it bounced a few times, then finally signaled that its occupant wasn't going anywhere. Running over to snatch up the ball, she picked up Pancham with a cheer, cuddling the bear and nuzzling him. He tried to pretend that he didn't like it, but she could tell he did. When she saw Declan coming, she grinned and put down the flustered fighting type, then turned to her.. what was Declan to her? Her boyfriend? The thought made her heart flutter, and then he was picking her up, and Cassie flung her arms around his neck as he spun them both, laughing delightedly. Once the spinning had stopped, she gave him a hard, passionate kiss, then drew back with a beaming grin.
"Did you see that?! Pancham did it!"

Declan was smiling broadly his heart swelling with emotion. There was just something about Cassie's smile. Maybe it was just that he had to work to coax it out of her. Maybe it was just that he did indeed love her. Either way when he saw it, he felt happy. So happy in fact that he decides to kiss her again, long, deep, and passionate. The kind of kiss that leaves both parties breathless and wanting more. He still didn't know what Cassie was to him, but whatever she was it became more important to him everyday.

Cassie's heart flipped pleasantly at the way Declan was looking at her, but before she could ask why, exactly, he was looking at her like that, he kissed her. She sighed, kissing him back with all the passion she could muster in her tiny form.. which was a surprising amount relative to her diminutive stature. Eventually, though, she broke the kiss, and looked up at him with flushed cheeks and shining eyes.
"That was amazing. We should go back to camp, I want to meet my Deerling and apologize." That probably would've been weird for anyone else to say, but it fit Cassie. She was so gentle and kind-hearted.

Declan nods in understanding and sets Cassie down on the ground. He takes her hand in his and walks back to the camp. Once there he leaves her to get acquainted with her new pokemon while he prepares dinner. Given their success today, he decides to try something a bit harder than normal. He set about preparing Spanish rice, with added chicken, green and red peppers, and diced onion.

Her hand in his, Cassie accompanied Declan back to camp, skipping happily along with Pancham, Piplup, and Vulpix at her heels. When they parted ways, she prepared some items to heal the poor Deerling's injuries as she released it from the Pokeball. She was hesitant, but the encouragement of her other Pokemon had the Deerling warming up to her as she tended to its injuries, cooing and petting it and generally making a fuss over the adorable little critter. Soon enough she had crawled into Cassie's lap and was being cuddled and petted by the trainer, who looked perfectly happy, surrounded by her cute collection of Pokemon. She looked up at Declan as she smiled, her eyes filled with light and joy, and something that bordered on love. Did she love him? She didn't know. But she wanted to. She wanted to give herself to him, she realized that now.. it was just a matter of time, until she was really ready to do so. Blushing at that thought, she looked down at the Pokemon again. Once dinner was ready, she gave all the Pokemon a bit of food, and moved over to get her dinner and sit beside Declan as they ate.
"This looks absolutely amazing, Declan. Thank you." With her food in hand, she stretched up and kissed his cheek, then dug in hungrily.
