Inside, Skarlet swapped out her Flygon for her Bisharp since he was less cumbersome in close quarters. She ran around the outpost in search of the stolen pokémon with Bisharp running alongside her. If she encountered a member of Team Rocket she was ready to battle.

Drake Stone

Physical Appearance: Physically fit, and standing about 6'3''. He has black hair and very dark brown eyes. He commonly wears his team rocket uniform of course, which he finds to be completely foolish. Other than that he also wears his regular clothes, consisting of a black turtle-neck shirt and dark pants.
Skills: Must have an extensive history of pokemon training prior to his entrance into Team Rocket, as evidenced by his pokemon team.
He is also physically fit and trained in combat himself. This was perhaps part of the reason he was accepted into team rocket in the first place.
Personality: Drake usually has a serious, rational demeanor. This also lends to his dry sense of humor, which he will use to confuse his partner often, just for his own amusement.
Despite his stony exterior, he has been known to quarrel at times with his partner as well, and become somewhat emotionally heated. Despite all of this he enjoys working with his partner, and unlike many he meets, sees her as someone he can depend on not to be a complete idiot. He is very pessimistic about other people and their potential merits.
History (Optional): Drake's history is for the most part unknown by everyone he interacts with.

Drake would be waiting for them to arrive patiently in the helicopter hangar, standing in the middle with his arms crossed in front of him when they arrived. As soon as they walked into the room his dark eyes would already be on them, sizing them up.
"Ah welcome. I suppose you are here for the pokemon? Well I'll let you have em, if one of you can beat me in a pokemon battle that is," he looked around the group, "So who's it gonna be?"

Skarlet arrives at the hanger and spots Drake waiting. He was gonna let her have the Pokémon if she defeated him in a battle, she had to accept this challenge if nobody stopped her. She commanded Bisharp to go forward, "I'll take you on and get those Pokémon back. Send out your first."

Declan pulled up when the man appeared. The Elite Four member thought the guy might be familiar, but couldn't place him. Someone he had battled before? Someone he had wanted to battle? The man couldn't remember neither did he care. Inferno lumbers forward and roars. Declan just nods and says calmly.
"You person keep looking for pokemon like Sarah told you."
Declan waves off Skarlet and turns his attention to Drake.
"I will handle this guy. Let's do this."

Physical Appearance: She is a tallish woman, at about 5'10", with blue hair (not natural, natural is brown) and brown eyes. A rather attractive figure is usually complimented by some sort of beach or sunbathing attire, except for her Gym Uniform which strongly resembles that of a wetsuit
Skills: Swimming, diving, and calming down wayward Pokemon, as well as combating fires, due to her gym's close relationship with the Kanto Fire Department. She is also a phenomenal Pokemon Trainer and Gym Leader, focusing more on training new trainers and others than on actually battling challengers.
Personality: She is very cool-headed and calm, always ready with a quick word to diffuse a situation. She will also use almost any opportunity as a learning opportunity for those younger or less experienced than her, and is always willing to become a mentor to other Trainers.

Sarah ran past the pair of them, grabbing and pulling Skarlet along as she did so.
"Now is not the time Skarlet, its impossible to argue with him, the Pokemon are our priority now, you go take the right path and I will take the left."
She let go of Skarlet's arm and sprinted off down the left pathway, hopefully towards the waiting Pokemon.
