Physical Appearance: Physically fit, and standing about 6'3''. He has black hair and very dark brown eyes. He commonly wears his team rocket uniform of course, which he finds to be completely foolish. Other than that he also wears his regular clothes, consisting of a black turtle-neck shirt and dark pants.
Skills: Must have an extensive history of pokemon training prior to his entrance into Team Rocket, as evidenced by his pokemon team.
He is also physically fit and trained in combat himself. This was perhaps part of the reason he was accepted into team rocket in the first place.
Personality: Drake usually has a serious, rational demeanor. This also lends to his dry sense of humor, which he will use to confuse his partner often, just for his own amusement.
Despite his stony exterior, he has been known to quarrel at times with his partner as well, and become somewhat emotionally heated. Despite all of this he enjoys working with his partner, and unlike many he meets, sees her as someone he can depend on not to be a complete idiot. He is very pessimistic about other people and their potential merits.

On a secluded face of Mt.Moon, there was a Team Rocket base, a location designed specifically as a hangar for Team Rocket's helicopters secluded in the mountains and also a base of operations. Entrance into this facility is only possible through the air by landing on a helipad concealed within the mountain behind a sliding blast door disguised as a rocky mountain face.

The helcopter would land on the hidden pad within the facility, and the blast door would close after the helicopter had landed. Drake would disembark immediately, and begin processing the pokemon they had caught. He would first press a button on a device he held that sent a pulse of electricity through the nets the pokemon were caught up in to incapacitate them before pulling them out of the nets and caging them.
Despite the size of the facility, there were not many other Team Rocket members stationed at this particular base. This was due to budget constraints, among other things.

Physical Appearance: Twenty-eight years old and 5'8" tall, Shanna is slim and slightly muscular, with lightly-tanned skin. Her hair is a dark shade of brown that looks black in the right light, mostly cut short around her face but gathered back in a shin-length tail in the back. She has sharp features and a firm mouth with full lips that rarely smile. When not in her Team Rocket uniform, she prefers wearing a simple black pantsuit with a crisp white button-down shirt, and is rarely seen in anything else. Either way, she always wears a pair of black mid-calf heeled boots.

This doesn't mean she can't or won't fight, however, and she does in fact know how - more than that, she's quite good at hand-to-hand combat. She often behaves like a girly-girl, although she's not afraid to engage in a physical altercation, and in fact seems to enjoy confrontations. She has a mercurial temperament that switches between emotions and demeanor in the blink of an eye.

Shanna clambered out of the helicopter after Drake, and once he'd subdued the Pokemon with electricity, helped with the processing.. process. It was tedious, cataloging each Pokemon while he put them into cages, but at least it kept her from dwelling on the near-disaster that was the mission, and her anger over it. Though she did keep shooting looks at Drake, as though waiting for him to say something. When he didn't, she spoke up. "That was a little too close for comfort."

It was a little more than an hour after the two arrived that Declan lead by Esper found the base. Looking at the blast doors he growls in defiance. Inferno lands and inhales sharply, they were going to see how much heat it took to melt through steel doors. The rest of his team appears and add their fire to Inferno's.

Physical Appearance: She is a tallish woman, at about 5'10", with blue hair (not natural, natural is brown) and brown eyes. A rather attractive figure is usually complimented by some sort of beach or sunbathing attire, except for her Gym Uniform which strongly resembles that of a wetsuit
Skills: Swimming, diving, and calming down wayward Pokemon, as well as combating fires, due to her gym's close relationship with the Kanto Fire Department. She is also a phenomenal Pokemon Trainer and Gym Leader, focusing more on training new trainers and others than on actually battling challengers.
Personality: She is very cool-headed and calm, always ready with a quick word to diffuse a situation. She will also use almost any opportunity as a learning opportunity for those younger or less experienced than her, and is always willing to become a mentor to other Trainers.

"Declan, we should take turns heating and cooling the door, it will make it brittle and easier to break."
Of course he was trying to just burn his way through. God forbid he actually stop and think about it for a few moments.

Her head whipped around at hearing the ruckus outside, and she cursed. "Son of a bitch. I think we might have to scrap this operation if we're going to make it out of here." She took the datapad and shoved it into her backpack, along with the few Pokemon that had been stored in Pokeballs from their prior raids. She then bolted toward the back exit, which would lead down to the underground tunnel and the getaway vehicle there. She paused just inside the door and looked at Drake, her sharp eyes flashing.

Declan stares at Sarah confused. How would cooling the door down after heating it up help? Sarah would be forced to explain the physics of it to him and he stares at her uncomprehendingly. Eventually he would obey her instructions if only to stop her talking. The science talk hurt his brain and he just wanted her to stop. He called his pokemon off letting her cool the door down as they rested. Then when she gave the go ahead they would resume their assault.

She shook her head at Deckan's lack of understanding. Perhaps it was a good thing he was no longer responsible for the volcano on Cinnabar. Such thoughts were only a distraction as she turned her full attention to the door.
"Milotic! Hydro Pump!"
A loud creak could be heard as the door rapidly began cooling, the impact of the powerful water stream creating a sizable dent in the door where the fire pokemon had already weakened it. It would take them less than five minutes to use this alternating pattern to get through the doors. Once they were open and Declan undoubtedly went running in to confront them without a plan, she turned to Skarlet.
"You're doing so far, and we appreciate the help. Leave the Rockets to us, you focus on getting as many Pokemon out of here as you can okay? We'll deal with any of the Rockets we find."

Drake would look over at Shanna, a particular look in his eye as he smirked. This look would be all too familiar to Shanna given how long they have been partners, "You go ahead, I will stay for a moment, catch a glimpse of who found us..." he said lightly, before turning and staring at the blast door. It would not be long now before they broke through the blast door. Drake would never turn down a good Pokemon battle. Part of the reason he was a team rocket member was to find worthy opponents after all.

Shanna knew that look, and it made her roll her eyes. He was such a battle-addict... Finally, she sighed, and hitched her bag up higher on her shoulder.
"Fine. But don't go getting caught. I don't want to have to explain to the boss why I came back alone. ..Also I'd miss you. Jerk." The last bit was muttered, but just loud enough for Drake to hear. He was the only one she could stand to put up with, and he was a fun lay, so she liked to keep him around, even if he did irritate her sometimes. Catching his eye, she winked at him and blew a kiss his way, then disappeared down the shaft to the tunnel and its getaway vehicle.

Just as Sarah had predicted Declan was gone the moment the blast doors burst open. He withdrew all his pokemon, but Inferno. With the Charizard's help he got down to floor level and then took off. He was determined to find these team rocket goons and show them what for.

Physical Appearance: She is a tallish woman, at about 5'10", with blue hair (not natural, natural is brown) and brown eyes. A rather attractive figure is usually complimented by some sort of beach or sunbathing attire, except for her Gym Uniform which strongly resembles that of a wetsuit
Skills: Swimming, diving, and calming down wayward Pokemon, as well as combating fires, due to her gym's close relationship with the Kanto Fire Department. She is also a phenomenal Pokemon Trainer and Gym Leader, focusing more on training new trainers and others than on actually battling challengers.
Personality: She is very cool-headed and calm, always ready with a quick word to diffuse a situation. She will also use almost any opportunity as a learning opportunity for those younger or less experienced than her, and is always willing to become a mentor to other Trainers.

Sarah took off running after Declan down the halls of Team Rocket's base. She cursed him for being so impulsive nearly every step of the way, something she had well practiced by this point. She swapped out Milotic with Floatzel, Floatzel's smaller form being of greater use inside the smaller halls. She could see Declan just ahead of her, and was slowly gaining on him. Years of swimming and diving were paying off in this situation.
